You’re not one to whip out the contract every time there’s a question or disagreement. You have a live and let live attitude about work situations and believe face to face conversations are the best way to settle differences. Unfortunately a planetary square involving Mercury and Pluto on September 22nd followed by a Venus/Uranus opposition shows that certain people have not only been negligent in their commitments but arrogantly so.
