How did a simple request turn into a major headache? It often happens when Mercury turns retrograde (December 29th). At first you’ll want to nix the entire endeavor, but the truth is it took a long time to set this up and would likely take even longer to find something comparable. You have no choice but to work with what you have and that includes the people who fumbled the ball. Expect delays, repeat conversations, and unreturned texts and voicemails. It’s tedious having to birddog people who work for you, but that’s the service industry these days. Thankfully the end result will be worth it.
