The good news is that you’ll be clinching that deal you’ve been eyeing. The not so good news is that it’s going to cost. A lot. There are certain times when we have to dig down deep into our pockets and invest. Maybe it’s a student loan in exchange for an education that will set us up for the future or a property that we now have to renovate or remodel. It’s perfectly understandable that your first reaction would be a sudden case of cold feet, but once you get started you’ll soon see that this was the right path to take all along.
