The other party finally gets back to you with a bid or counteroffer and it’s not what you expected. It’s more. But before responding, take some time to review figures and absorb what this person is asking for. Is it really so outlandish? Sometimes as a Gemini you can get too caught up in the game. You can get so invested in the wheeling and dealing that you lose sight of what the goal is – which is to find a fit that works. Getting the better of someone in a negotiation isn’t worth it if all you inherit is their resentment in the end.
