Pulling the plug on a project would only cause more harm than good. You questioned the prospects for success from the get-go and the further that things progressed the more you knew it was a mistake. Unfortunately you’ve come too far to turn back now and must see things through to the end. People are counting on you. Sometimes it’s when we’re forced to do something we don’t want to do that we become the most inventive and resourceful. It looks like things will turn out for the best – which is just as well because you’ve no intention of repeating this experience any time soon.
