CANCER (June 20 – July 21)
Colleagues don’t seem to appreciate how critical things are getting to be at work. You’ve seen the signs for a while which is why you did your level best to try to alert them to the changes they needed to make in both their attitude and their approach. It’s frustrating because they’d improve for a week or two and then revert to their somnambulist ways. In the end you may have to accept that you did everything in your power to rouse them from their complacency. You can’t save people from themselves and sometimes firsthand experience is the best way to drive the point home.
