CANCER (June 20 – July 21)
Why are you blaming yourself when it’s unimaginative types who are the problem? They’re the ones riding the brake, sitting on decisions, and threatening to derail what you’ve got in the works because they don’t understand how to proceed. Obviously you can’t tell them to pull their heads out of their derrieres (although you’ll be sorely tempted on January 23d), but what you can do is have a sit-down conversation. Instead of trying to win them over to your side, try a little reassurance instead. Sometimes all it takes is some handholding and encouragement to get people to open up, relax, and try something new.
