You had a feeling something was amiss and this week’s Venus/Mars opposition on December 12th confirms it. It’s become clear that someone you’ve been doing business with is having trouble keeping up with their end of the bargain. This could be a tenant, a renter, or someone that you co-signed a loan with. It would be a good idea to ask them how things are doing financially. It’s proactive and gives you an opportunity to suggest a payment plan or some other alternative. Part of you winces at the idea of changing any business agreement but it’s a lot better than their defaulting all together.
