The Sun opposite Jupiter on July 14 shows you pleading your case to somebody who’s already decided against you. This person may nod sympathetically, express concern, and even act like he’s on your side, but don’t buy it. Jupiter in Capricorn is indifferent at best and when you add Pluto and Saturn to the mix (the Sun opposes them on July 15 and 20 respectively) then it can feel like you’ve reached a dead end. So what do you do?  You try every door until you find one that opens. Capricorn is a sign that’s bureaucratic in nature. A maze of agencies within agencies it can feel impenetrable, but it’s actually quite navigable as long as you follow the rules and procedures. This will require research, patience, and fortitude. You will have to get your facts straight, be ready to fill out forms in triplicate, and repeat yourself endlessly but if you do then you will surely prevail. The wheels of bureaucracy turn slowly, but they do move and will deliver in the end.
